A growing trend in the UK reveals that over half of investors now prioritize manifestos in business proposals, reflecting a broader cultural shift towards the power of positive thinking and visualization. According to a recent survey by Adobe, 52% of Brits are embracing manifestation techniques, integrating practices such as meditation and vision boards into their daily routines to achieve personal and professional goals.
The survey highlights that 25% of Britons engage in manifestation practices at least once a week, with the majority using these methods to pursue health and wellness (51%), financial success (40%), and improvements in personal relationships (30%). London has emerged as the epicenter of this trend, with 40% of residents practicing manifestation weekly, establishing the city as the UK’s hub for this transformative practice.
Younger demographics are particularly enthusiastic about manifestation. Among 18–24-year-olds, 72% believe in the effectiveness of manifestation, while 69% of those aged 25–34 share this belief. In contrast, belief diminishes among older generations, with only 42% of individuals aged 55–64 and 25% of those aged 65 and above subscribing to the idea, indicating a generational shift towards self-empowerment and visualisation.

The survey findings also reveal a shift in the investment landscape, with 53% of investors now seeking a well-defined manifesto in business proposals. Furthermore, 73% of investors believe that a manifesto significantly impacts long-term success more than traditional business plans, underscoring the increasing value of vision and core values in contemporary business practices.
Solopreneurs echo this sentiment, with 60% having manifested their aspiration to become business owners and 61% acknowledging the benefits of having a manifesto that outlines their goals and intentions clearly.
