Premier Private Jets, a charter, FBO, and MRO service provider based in Stuart, Florida, has acquired Aviation Sales, an FBO located at Dayton International Airport in Vandalia, Ohio. The acquisition, which will be rebranded as part of the Premier network, expands Premier Private Jets’ FBO capabilities and strengthens its presence in the Dayton area. Additionally, the deal includes an FBO at the Oakland County International Airport in Pontiac, Michigan, near Detroit.
Atlantic Aviation Acquires Vertiport Infrastructure
Atlantic Aviation, one of the largest FBO networks in the U.S., has acquired Ferrovial Vertiports from Spanish infrastructure developer Ferrovial. The acquisition, whose financial terms were not disclosed, positions Atlantic to play a pivotal role in the development of infrastructure for electric vertical-take-off-and-landing (eVTOL) aircraft. This follows Atlantic’s earlier partnerships with eVTOL developers Beta Technologies and Joby Aviation to install charging stations across several airports in California, New York, and the Gulf Coast. Ferrovial Vertiports will now operate as Vertiports by Atlantic, with Kevin Cox, the former CEO of Ferrovial Vertiports, taking on the role of chief executive at the new subsidiary.
Eve Air Mobility and Signature Aviation Partner for AAM
Eve Air Mobility, a leading eVTOL manufacturer, has partnered with FBO provider Signature Aviation to research the ecosystem requirements and ground services needed to support and scale advanced air mobility (AAM) operations. The partnership aims to leverage their combined expertise to ensure the safe and efficient launch of eVTOLs, focusing on ground service needs, private aviation terminal operations, and passenger services.
International Flight Center Opens New Miami FBO
International Flight Center (IFC) has unveiled a new FBO terminal at Miami Executive Airport (KTMB). The 10,500-square-foot facility features lounges, private conference spaces, a café, and full snooze rooms, offering accommodations for both crew and passengers. The FBO will operate alongside IFC’s newly constructed 84,000-square-foot hangar complex, which includes advanced features like foam-free fire suppression and 480V power outlets.

Vantage Aviation in Rifle, Colorado, is set to begin construction on a new FBO with a 40,000-square-foot hangar and a 25,000-square-foot hangar, expected to be completed by late 2026.
ExecuJet, in partnership with Jetset, will expand its footprint in Europe and the Mediterranean by establishing a presence in Greece, with a significant increase in operations during the summer months.
