Richard Price has been named Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at PGIM Real Estate. In his new role, Price will collaborate with the portfolio management teams across PGIM’s European, Latin American, and Asia Pacific strategies. He will focus on aligning investment themes and opportunities for the firm’s global investors. Price brings over 25 years of international real estate expertise, having previously served as co-head of BGO’s Prop-Tech Innovation and Investment team and COO of BGO’s Global Capital Raising and Investor Relations group. His career includes significant roles at CBRE Global Investors in Asia Pacific, ING Clarion in New York, and ING Real Estate Investment Management in Europe, among others.
