Led by Angele Baku-Attipoe, an experienced chef and kitchen manager, ACELBA focuses on Togolese and Ghanaian cuisine. Baku-Attipoe’s vision for the business includes expanding her team over the next year, with plans to hire a barista and kitchen assistants.
