M4 Property Consultants has been named the commercial agent for Mamhilad Park Estate, a prominent 140-acre business park in Torfaen. This designation involves managing the office space within the estate and collaborating with JLL on the warehouse and industrial sectors.
Mamhilad Park Estate is a key business hub, hosting over 150 companies, including notable tenants such as Gwent Police, Aneurin Bevan Health Board, and Quote Detective.
