Sidley Austin LLP has bolstered its global finance team with the appointment of Tania Bedi as a partner in the firm’s London office. Bedi joins Sidley from Latham & Watkins, where she co-chaired the London Finance Department. Her addition follows a significant recruitment drive by the firm, which has recently welcomed five other Global Finance partners – Jay Sadanandan, Sam Hamilton, Fergus O’Domhnaill, Joe Kimberling, and Ben Wright – along with Capital Markets partners Scott Colwell and Patrick Kwak, also from Latham & Watkins.

She has a proven track record in working with financial institutions, private credit funds, and lenders, having structured and executed numerous high-profile finance deals in Europe and London. A Strong Addition for Private Equity Clients

Strengthening Sidley’s London Presence
