Several notable real estate transactions were recorded in Clark County from January 24 to February 6, 2025, with values of $100,000 or greater. The information was compiled from public records, including data from the Clark County Circuit Clerk and the Arkansas Secretary of State.

The largest transaction during this period was the $470,000 sale of the Pines at Country Club, an apartment complex located at 2510 Country Club Road in Arkadelphia. The property, comprising three units and spanning 5,842 square feet, was purchased by Arihant Investment LLC, a company based in North Little Rock and registered to Rushi Panchal. The previous owner of the 1-acre property was Reni LLC, registered to Johnson and Terry Reniguntala of Jacksonville.

Other significant transactions include the $335,000 sale of the Los Agaves Mexican Restaurant Bar & Grill building at 122 Valley Street in Caddo Valley, which had been the restaurant’s location since 2022. The buyer is Los Agaves, a company registered to Cristo Rivera of Arkadelphia. The property had previously been sold for $95,000 in 2022 to May 5 DeSoto LLC, which was registered to Juan Reyes of Bonnerdale. The building was once home to a Wendy’s fast food restaurant.

In a residential deal, Elizabeth and George T. Sharp (dec.) sold a 2,214-square-foot brick home on Dogwood Drive, along with two vacant lots, to William and Melody Dunn for $325,000. The property is located west of Arkadelphia’s city limits.

Additionally, Justin Denney’s construction company sold a 1,452-square-foot home at 1100 South 26th Street in Arkadelphia for $190,000. The home, built in 2020, was purchased by Cambree Robinson.

Another transaction saw DL Daniel Properties LLC, a Georgia-based company registered to David Daniel, purchasing a 3.22-acre lot on Malvern Road in Caddo Valley for $120,000. The property was sold by Danielle and Eric Davis.

Lastly, Kinco Properties LLC, registered to Doug Wasson, CEO of Kinco Constructors, purchased 48.12 acres of timber and pastureland on Daughty Island Road for $115,000. This property, previously owned by Benny Tucker, was bought by the seller for $300,000 in 1999.

These transactions reflect the diverse range of real estate activities in the region, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
