True Corporation has announced a significant leadership restructuring to strengthen its executive team and accelerate its transformation into a world-class technology company. As part of this transition, Sigve Brekke has been named Group CEO, taking charge of the company’s overall strategic direction.
In addition, current CEO Manat Manavutiveth will assume the role of President/CEO – Enterprise & Data Business, overseeing True Corporation’s core Digital, Online, TrueVisions, Enterprise, and Data Business operations. Meanwhile, Sharad Mehrotra, who presently serves as Deputy CEO, will step into the role of President/CEO – Consumer Business, managing the Mobile Business and Customer Services.

True Corporation’s Chairman of the Board, Suphachai Chearavanont, highlighted that this restructuring builds upon the company’s solid foundation following its successful merger over the past two years. He emphasized that Brekke, a globally experienced leader, is well-positioned to drive the company’s strategic growth and strengthen its status as a world-class technology enterprise.
Manat, who has been instrumental in reinforcing the company’s financial stability and advancing digital innovation, will now focus on expanding True’s footprint in Thailand’s digital economy through the Enterprise & Data Business. Meanwhile, Mehrotra, with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, including key roles at Ericsson and Telenor Group, will oversee the Consumer Business, ensuring top-tier mobile experiences for customers.

Sigve Brekke, who also serves as Executive Chairman of Telecom and Digital Business Group at CP Group, expressed his gratitude for the appointment.
