Strengthening SAP’s AI Capabilities

This launch builds on SAP’s ongoing AI initiatives. In February, SAP partnered with Databricks to simplify the process of unifying SAP data with other enterprise data, launching the SAP Databricks product which integrates the Databricks Data Intelligence Cloud into the SAP Business Data Cloud.

Additionally, SAP introduced new capabilities to its AI copilot, Joule, in October, which includes collaborative AI agents with custom skills for tackling complex cross-disciplinary tasks. For example, Joule’s autonomous AI agents can now assist in dispute management by resolving issues like incorrect invoices, unapplied credits, and duplicate payments.

Accelerating Business Transformation with AI

With the new integration of DataRobot’s AI suites, SAP customers are better equipped to rapidly adopt AI, improve decision-making, and transform their operations. The collaboration between DataRobot and SAP is set to empower businesses with the tools they need to harness the full potential of AI and unlock growth opportunities in the increasingly data-driven business landscape.
