The BC Northern Real Estate Board (BCNREB) has appointed Victor Khong as its new chair for the 2025-2026 term, effective from the board’s annual general meeting (AGM) held on Friday, April 4.
Khong, a realtor with Horsefly Realty since 2014, brings a wealth of experience to the role. He has been an active participant in several key BCNREB committees, including the Provincial, Federal, and Municipal Government Liaison Committees, as well as the Audit, Finance, and Technology Committees.
“I am honored to serve our members who are dedicated to maintaining real estate excellence in northern British Columbia,” Khong said. “Our shared goal is to ensure that trusted real estate professionals are available in every community.”
The BCNREB, established in 1966, represents over 420 realtors across northern and central British Columbia. The organization is committed to upholding a stringent realtor Code of Ethics and high business standards, while providing ongoing professional development to keep its members informed and proficient.
Joining Khong in the board’s leadership for the 2025-2026 term are Vanita Des Mazes as vice-chair and Kristine Newell as past chair.
